Presenting a festival as complex as the Gene Autry Oklahoma Film & Music Festival requires lots of very special people with P.E.P. That stands for Passion, Energy and Presence. That's what it takes and these folks have plenty of P.E.P., indeed, as they help out with tasks before, during and after the Festival.
Tasks leading up to the Festival include such things as helping with mailings, phone calls, putting out flyers and putting up posters, cleaning and set-up before the events, and security, clerical, drivers, set-up and clean-up, hosting and more during the event, plus clean-up and re-set after the event.

These individuals serve on our Festival "support group," the Booster Bunch: Les & Martha Gilliam, Janet McBride & John Ingram, John & Ann Buttram, Tex Schutz, Jim & Rita Ponder Parker, Jerry Baumann, Roy Tucker, Marge Garcia, Sky Corbin and Ed & Elizabeth Hendersen. This group meets occasionally throughout the year to lend support to various activities related to Festival plans.
